i dont know what you are upto but it seems you have tried to make your blog just for adsense, though there is no issue with that, what i want to say that you have put more than 3 ad units by google(total 7 units found). where it is allowed to put only 3 ad units of all categories i.e 1 unit per ad design... try to fix as soon as possible before google asks you to remove that....
